Obama supporter arrested

A Barack Obama supporter in Grenada has been arrested during celebrations of the Senator’s victory.
American Roy Coutain is to face two charges of disorderly conduct following his arrest yesterday.
Coutain who reportedly voted in Grenada by absentee ballot is said to have taken to the streets of the capital St. George’s with his car adorned in American flags, tooting the car’s horn and shouting Obama.
Following a confrontation with police, the American who now resides in Grenada was charged with resisting arrest and using obscene language.
He reportedly told the policemen that they did not understand the significance of a Black man getting elected as president of America.
Coutain is due to appear in court on December 9.
