JPS Cross Country Champs

The JPS Eastern Cross Country Athletic Championship will take place later this afternoon at St Mary High School, starting at 2.25 p.m.



Twelve teams including defending champions Oberlin will take part in the championship, which features over 200 athletes from High Schools in Eastern Jamaica.



The categories will see senior boys competing over four miles, while the senior girls and junior boys and girls will run three miles.



The race will start at the playfield at St Mary’s High, continues through the hills on to Orange River Farm and Highgate, before returning to the school.
