New Security Minister for Trinidad and Tobago

Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, has reshuffled her Cabinet placing yet another person at the helm of the Ministry of National Security.
Gary Griffith, who was the security advisor to the Prime Minister has been appointed National Security Minister.
He is the fourth person to hold the critical post, since the Peoples Partnership took power three years ago.
The Prime Minister says the move is part of efforts to accelerate the speed of delivery to meet the expectations of the public.
