Two Bahamians who were held by members of Operation Kingfish in Long Mountain St Andrew last week have been convicted.

Ian Porter and Marvin Reckley of Nassau, Bahamas were convicted yesterday in the Corporate Area criminal court.

The presiding magistrate admonished the men and ordered that they be returned to the authorities in the Bahamas.

The men are said to be wanted in that country for drug related charges.

The police say arrangements are being made for the men to be handed over to the authorities in the Bahamas.
