Jamaica’s Under-20 footballers will kick off their second round Caribbean qualifiers for the 2009 World Cup tonight against Antigua and Barbuda at the Guillermo P Trinidad Stadium in Aruba.

The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. Jamaican time.

The three-team qualifier got off on Tuesday night with hosts Aruba outscoring Antigua and Barbuda 3-2 to lead the early standing.

The winner of the tournament will advance to the 2009 CONCACAF Championship to be staged in Trinidad and Tobago in March next year.

And the runner-up will face off with Honduras, the third-place finisher in Central American qualifying, for the final berth.

The CONCACAF Championship in T&T will involve eight-team. That tournament will qualify four teams for the Under-20 World Cup in Egypt from September 25 to October 16 next year.
