Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Patrick Manning, is projecting that the country will lose about TT$6 billions because of a fall in the prices of natural gas, oil and petrochemicals.

These energy products are said to be the core of the country\'s economy.

Manning says the government would have to adjust its budget as a result of the projected shortfall.

He is urging his country to increase productivity.
