Haiti to commemorate deadly 2010 earthquake tomorrow
Haiti will tomorrow commemorate the fourth anniversary of the powerful earthquake that killed more than 300,000 people with a day of remembrance and reflection.
President Michel Martelly will also lay a wreath at the site of Saint Christophe where thousands of the earthquake victims are buried
Over one million people were left homeless by the magnitude 7 tremor that rocked Haiti on January 12, 2010.
The French-speaking country is still struggling to rebuild its infrastructure.
Haitian authorities say the national flag will be flown at half mast while clubs and other such establishments will remain closed tomorrow.
