Bermudians plead not guilty to killing Jamaican man
Two men charged with murdering a Jamaican man denied their involvement when they appeared in Bermuda’s Supreme Court yesterday.
Forty-year-old George Lynch was shot dead outside a house in Hamilton Parish in May 2010.
He died from a single shot to the chest outside a home that was the subject of a trial involving an earlier mob attack.
Police confirmed Lynch, who was a hospital housekeeper, had no links to Bermuda's gang underworld.
His Bermudian wife Nekesha was pregnant with their third daughter when he was murdered.
Yesterday, in court 33-year-old Wolda Gardner and 28-year-old Rickai Dickinson both pleaded not guilty to charges of premeditated murder and using a firearm to commit an indictable offence.
