Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer has dismissed claims that non-nationals will not be allowed to return to the country until after the general elections next year.
Mr. Spencer has accused the main opposition Antigua Labour Party (ALP) of creating division and tension between natives and other people in Antigua.
Prime Minister Spencer said non-nationals who respect the country\'s immigrations laws have nothing to fear.
He has also accused his ALP rivals of seeking to exploit the situation for political gain.
