The premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands Michael Misisk is scheduled to testify during public hearings by a Commission of Inquiry into alleged corruption.
The commission was set up by Britain after a United Kingdom parliamentary committee said it had heard claims from residents that ministers sold off government-owned land to property developers.
Mr. Misick and his colleagues have denied any financial impropriety.
A British judge has been named as the commissioner whose job is to determine if there has been corruption or other serious dishonesty in the government.
