Jamaica’s young Reggae Boys are drawn in Group ‘B’ and will face the United States, El Salvador and either Honduras or St Vincent and the Grenadines in the first round of the CONCACAF Under-20 championships.
The Championships, to be played over 10 days in Trinidad and Tobago, will kick off on March 6.
The draw took place at CONCACAF’s headquarters in New York yesterday.
Honduras, which finished third in Central American qualifying, will face St. Vincent, runner-up from the Caribbean Championship, in a two-leg playoff on dates yet to be determined.
Group ‘B’ includes hosts Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, Costa Rica and Canada.
The CONCACAF event will qualify four teams to the Under-20 World Cup in Egypt from September 23 to October 16.
