England will arrive in St Kitts tomorrow for their tour of the Caribbean, which begins on Sunday.

The English team will touch down in St Kitts with a new captain and an interim coach.

Experienced batsman Andrew Strauss will lead the side after Kevin Pietersen resigned following a rift with coach Peter Moores.

Following Pietersen’s resignation the English cricket authorities axed Moore leaving former Zimbabwe batsman Andy Flower to serve as interim coach for the tour.

England will have two warm up matches ahead of the opening Test against the West Indies.

They will face St Kitts Eleven in a three-day match at Warner Park starting on Sunday and will also clash with the West Indies ‘A’ team.

The first Test bowls off February 4 in Jamaica and will be followed by matches in Antigua, February 13 to 17, Barbados, February 26 to March 2 and Trinidad and Tobago, March 6 to 10.

England have not lost to West Indies in a Test series since Michael Atherton’s side was beaten 3-1 in 1998 in the Caribbean.
