St. Lucia PM on crime

The Prime Minister of St Lucia, Stephenson King said the country\'s economic growth prospects might be harmed by rising crime.

King said the government would ensure that tougher security measures are put in place.

These include putting more police on the streets although the St Lucian constabulary is already the largest in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States.
