Champions Jamaica will face the Combined Campuses and College at the Three Ws Oval in Barbados when the third round of the regional four-day competition bowls off tomorrow.

Jamaica are highly favoured to overpower the Combined Campuses and Colleges as the squad has been strengthened with the addition of the returning West Indies trio of Xavier Marshall, Nikita Miller and Brendan Nash.

All three will be hoping for a strong showing ahead of the first Test against England, starting at Sabina Park on February 4.

West Indies fast bowler Jerome Taylor returned from New Zealand with an injury and was not considered for selection.

West Indies captain Chris Gayle and fast bowler Daren Powell chose to rest, while wicketkeeper/batsman Carlton Baugh and batsman Shawn Findlay were not considered because of their poor form in New Zealand.

Jamaica lead the table with 18 points while the Combined Campuses and Colleges are tied for third on 12 points with Windward Islands.

The other games are Leeward Islands against Barbados at the Carib Lumber Park in St Maarten and Trinidad and Tobago hosting Windward Islands at Guaracara Park.
