Jamaica/Texas face off

Jamaica’s Under-17 female football team will meet the touring St Stephens Academy girls from Austin, Texas at the Harbour View Mini Stadium this afternoon beginning at 4 p.m.
The game represents the first of two matches between the teams. Both teams will meet in a second game on Sunday at Brancourt in Clarendon, starting at 3 p.m.
The games form part of the team’s preparations for the Caribbean Football Union leg of the 2010 Under-17 World Cup, which begins in the summer.
The 2010 Under-17 female World Cup finals will take place in Trinidad and Tobago.
