Pressure mounts on Michael Phelps

Olympic superstar Michael Phelps could face criminal charges after the swimmer was photographed smoking from a marijuana pipe at a University of South Carolina house party.
The Richland County Sheriff’s department is doing its investigation to see what charges, if any will be filed.
The photo first shown in the British tabloid News of the World on Sunday was snapped during a November party while Phelps was visiting the university.
Phelps, 23, has since issued a public apology.
