Harbour View goalkeeper Dwayne Miller was yesterday drafted into Jamaica’s senior football squad to replace the injured Donovan Ricketts.

Miller will now compete with Portmore United’s Shawn Sawyers for the starting spot in the friendly international against Nigeria at the New Den Stadium in London next Wednesday.

Ricketts is the second member of the squad to pull out because of injury.

The squad has now been reduced to 19 players.

Newcomer to the team Darren Pratley will have to wait longer to make his debut for Jamaica as he suffered a broken collarbone in a recent match with his English club Swansea City.

Tyrone Mears of Olympique Marseille in France will be hoping to make his debut for the country.
