The four members of Trinidad and Tobago\'s Integrity Commission have resigned.
The resignations come on the heels of a high court ruling earlier this week.
According to the court, the commission acted in bad faith when it compiled a report on a housing issue involving then minister Keith Rowley.
The commission\'s report probed allegations that material from the Tobago hospital project had been siphoned off for use on a private development in which the housing minister’s family had interests.
This report was passed on to the director of public prosecutions but Dr. Rowley had never been given an opportunity to defend himself before the commission.
The former minister had called for the commission’s resignation following the high court ruling.
