The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission said its not yet ready to conduct the country’s upcoming general election.

Elections are to be held within three months, following Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer\'s announcement over the weekend that parliament has been dissolved.

The Commission\'s deputy chairman estimates that it will be at least another two to three weeks before the changes to constituency boundaries can be fully implemented.

Those changes were approved by parliament last year.

Prime Minister Spencer said there are still some issues to be addressed before he can set an election date.
