None Such Awards Dinner tonight

Triple Crown winner ALSAFRA should capture the top award at this evening’s None Such/Horse-of-the-Year awards dinner at the Hilton Kingston Hotel, starting at 7 p.m.
In addition, ALSAFRA is expected to walk away with champion three year old and champion local-bred horse awards.
She should also win other sectional awards such as champion middle-distance performer and champion stayer.
A chestnut filly by Legal Process out of Tee Gee Vee, ALSAFRA, as a three year old in 2008, won six races to emerge the season’s leading stakes winner with just over nine million dollars.
In addition, Caymanas Track Limited will also present the None Such Award to a person or organization whose lifetime endeavors in the field of Thoroughbred Racing have embodied excellence, innovation and leadership.
