England beat Jamaica

England beat Jamaica 67-54 in the first match of their three-Test netball series at the O2 Arena in London yesterday.
England, ranked Number 3 in the world, led the quarters 21-9, 38-19, 52-35 before running out winners by 13 goals.
Jo Harten led England with 35 goals from 41 attempts, while Pam Cookey had 32 from 34 attempts.
For Jamaica, Romelda Aiken scored 35 from 38 attempts, while captain Simone Forbes had 19 from 24.
The remaining games are set for Sky Dome in Coventry tomorrow and the Trent FM Arena in Nottingham on Thursday.
