Six policemen were killed and several cricketers injured.

International Cricket Teams will find it hard to return to Pakistan, ICC

The International Cricket Council, ICC, says it will be difficult for international cricket team to return to Pakistan following the attack on the Sri Lanka team.

The ruling body is reviewing Pakistan’s status as co-host of the 2011 One-Day World Cup in the wake of the attack that left six police officers and a civilian dead.

The ICC will meet in Dubai next month to discuss whether to redistribute the matches among India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, the other World Cup co-hosts.
