Leaders Jamaica beat Trinidad and Tobago by 124 runs in their ninth round West Indies Cricket Board Regional four-day match at Alpart Sports Club today.
T&T chasing 317 to win were bowled out for 246 after resuming this morning on 70 without loss.
Adrian Barath top scored for T&T with 71 against the bowling of pacer, Andrew Richardson five for 55 and Nikita Miller three for 65.
Darren Bravo scored 71 and Imran Khan chipped in with 32.
Final scores in the match were Jamaica 275 and 285 and T&T 190 and 246.
At Kensington Oval, Windward Islands beat hosts Barbados by one wicket just before tea.
At Bourda Oval, rain and defective covers combined to thwart hosts Guyana’s victory bid, as there was no play on today’s last day of their match against Combined Campuses & Colleges.
Scores in the match are Combined Campuses and Colleges 254 and 67 for one and Guyana 497 for seven declared.
