Spencer to announce cabinet

he Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Baldwin Spencer is expected to announce the members of his Cabinet after winning Thursday\'s disputed election.
Government sources said Finance Minister Errol Cort is likely to be reappointed despite losing his seat to Lester Bird, the leader of the opposition Antigua Labour Party (ALP).
The government has also to contend with a legal challenge to the election result, which saw Mr. Spencer\'s United Progressive Party (UPP) taking nine of the 17 seats.
The Antigua Labour Party gained seven and the other seat on Barbuda was narrowly won by a pro-government candidate.
Labour Party leader Lester Bird has since described the election as tainted.
He says the party has already instructed its lawyers to challenge results in two constituencies.
