Grace Shield semis today
The final set of semi-final matches in the urban area Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/Grace Shield cricket competition began this morning.
In Section One, defending champions Eltham High host Waterford High, while Excelsior and ‘A’ League champions, Campion College, face off at Courtney Walsh Oval on Mountain View Avenue.
In Section Two, Kingston College host out-of-contention Calabar High, while last year’s beaten finalist St. Catherine High travel to Innswood High.
The matches will be played over two days, beginning at 10 o’clock.
The semi-finalists in the rural area Grace Headley Cup will be decided today following the last set of second round games.
Seven matches are scheduled for today including, St. Elizabeth Technical High School, STETHS, hosting Muschette High.
STETHS seek the double after earlier winning the knockout competition.
Those matches will also bowled off at 10 o’clock.
