Cayman Bill of Rights under attack

Human rights groups in Cayman are expressing concerns that a proposed new constitution for the islands does not guarantee rights for homosexuals.



The people of the British territory will vote on the new document in May, the same day as a general election.



Cayman and international groups, including Human Rights Watch, have written to the British foreign secretary to state their concerns over the Bill of Rights.
