Papine beat Immaculate

Papine High are through to the semifinal of the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/ Jamaica Hockey Federation Under-16 girls’ competition after registering a 2-0 victory over Immaculate.



The game was played at the Mona Hockey field.



Trudy-Ann Knight and Tashana Edwards scored the goals for Papine High.



Alpha Academy beat Campion College 3-1 to stay in contention for a semi-final place. Alpha now moved to four points in Zone ‘A’, three behind Papine High.



In the boys’ competition, Excelsior High and Wolmers Boys battled to a goalless draw in their Zone ‘A’ game.



The competition continues this afternoon with second place Jamaica College against third place Mona High in a Zone ‘B’ boys’ game at 1.30.
