Leader of the Antigua Labour Party (ALP) Lester Bird, is expressing disappointment at the conduct of Governor General Dame Louise Lake-Tack.
His comments come in light of a delay in the appointment of the leader of the opposition, following the March 12 general election.
The ALP Leader received his instrument of appointment yesterday, nearly two weeks after the polls.
The Baldwin Spencer administration was sworn-in to office four days after the election.
Bird said his disappointment is compounded by the fact that his instrument of office was sent to him in a letter instead of being presented at a ceremony.
