JC beat Munro

Jamaica College blanked Munro College 2-0 in the final Zone ‘B’ preliminary game of the boys’ competition as the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/Jamaica Hockey Federation Under-16 league continued yesterday.
The game was played at the Mona Hockey field.
JC ended the first round with maximum 12 points, three ahead of Munro College on nine points.
In another Zone ‘B’ boys’ game, fourth place Kingston College and bottom place Campion College played to a goalless draw.
In the girls’ competition, St Andrew defeated Wolmers 2-0.
The competition continues tomorrow afternoon with three games.
