South Africa wins Twenty20 Series

South Africa defeated Australia by 17 runs at Centurion yesterday to win the second Twenty/Twenty International and seal a 2-nil series success.
The Proteas asked to take first strike and compiled 156 for five with debutant Roelof van der Merwe top scoring with 48 off 30 balls.
Shane Harwood was the most successful bowler for Australia with two for 21
Chasing 157 for victory, Australia ended on 139 for eight off the bowling of Johann Louw two for 36 and Johan Botha two for 16.
The teams will now turn their attentions to the five-match One-Day International series which gets underway in Durban on Friday.
