Former Illinois Governor indicted

He was arrested last year and ousted from the senate in January for abuse of powers.



Mr. Blagojevich faces charges including racketeering, conspiracy, wire fraud and making false statements to investigators.



Its also alleged that he attempted to sell a vacant senate post when Barack Obama became President.



His brother, two former employees and two businessmen were also indicted by the federal grand jury.



Mr. Blagojevich has denied any wrongdoing.
