West Indies name squad for England
The West Indies selectors have called up uncapped fast bowler Andrew Richardson of Jamaica for the upcoming Test tour of England, which bowls off later this month.
The 27 year old Richardson has taken 33 wickets in the regional first class season for Jamaica.
Richardson is one of five Jamaicans in the squad.
The other Jamaicans are captain Chris Gayle, Brendan Nash, Jerome Taylor and David Bernard Junior, who earned a recall six years after his last match for the West Indies.
The 17-man squad also includes two other uncapped players. They are pacer Nelon Pascal of Windward Islands and Barbadian opener Dale Richards.
The remaining members of the squad are Denesh Ramdin, Devon Smith, Lendl Simmons, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Narsingh Deonarine, Fidel Edwards, Lionel Baker, Sulieman Benn, Dale Richards and Darren Sammy.
