Commander Zero wins

COMMANDER ZERO with champion jockey, Omar Walker scored an easy victory in yesterday’s Easter Sprint Cup over 1100-metre at Caymanas Park.
The Wayne DaCosta-trained colt, installed a howling 1 to 4 favourite in the overnight allowance feature, won by 7 ½ lengths in a smart time of one minute, 05.1 second.
DaCosta posted a second winner in the unbeaten American filly RACING MACHINE in the fifth race, with Walker astride.
Walker, the leading rider, got a third winner in even-money favourite, BURNING CIELO to push his season’s tally to 35 six clear of Dane Nelson, who rode two winners.
Title chasing jockey Paul Francis also rode two winners.
