North Korea to boycott nuclear talks

North Korea has said it will boycott talks over its nuclear programme in protest at UN criticism of its recent rocket launch.
Pyongyang described the talks over ending its weapons programme as useless.
North Korea has also said it will restart nuclear facilities it had begun to dismantle under an international deal.
The move comes hours after the UN Security Council unanimously condemned the launch, which critics said may have been a test for a long-range missile.
North Korea claimed rocket was launching a satellite.
