Jamaica international footballer Claude Davis of Crystal Palace was found guilty of violent conduct and given a three-match ban by the Football Association over his clash with Cardiff City\'s Roger Johnson.
The on-loan Derby centre-half was accused by Cardiff of elbowing Johnson in the throat in a challenge which led to the Cardiff defender being taken to hospital.
Referee Russell Booth took no action at the time. But an FA regulatory commission today found the 30 year old guilty and he will now sit out Palace\'s last three games of the season
