US Virgin Islands Senate president ousted

The US Virgin Islands legislature has ousted the president of the senate.



The vote to unseat Senator Adlah Donastorg, head of the Democratically-led majority, came during the legislature\'s first full session this week.



Lawmakers are said to have voiced their discontent with the current pace of business.



But Mr. Donastorg says the senate has been making progress since January.
