Castro is new president of Intercol

Chairman of GC Foster College, Silvero Castro is the new president of the Inter-Collegiate Sport Association.
He took over from Norris Davis.
The other members of the newly elected executive are Ventley Brown, first vice president, John Messan, second vice president, Anthony Davis, general secretary and Gracelyn Crawford, treasurer.
