Premier League continues this afternoon
The final set of games in the penultimate round of the Digicel Premier League will take place this afternoon with champions and leaders Portmore United hosting Harbour View in a top-of-the-table clash.
The game will take place at Ferdie Neita Park in Portmore, beginning at 4 o’clock.
In another interesting game today, third place Tivoli will be aiming to put Sunday’s Champions Cup loss to Boys’ Town behind when they square off with the Red Brigade, who are in fourth place.
That game will take place at Collie Smith Drive, beginning at 4 o’clock.
In other games, fifth place Arnett Gardens travel to Prison Oval to face Rivoli United; sixth place Waterhouse tackle Sporting Central Academy at Brancourt in Clarendon, seventh place St Georges play Village United at Elliston Wakeland Centre in Trelawny and Meadhaven United tackle Reno at Constant Spring field.
Those games will also start at 4 o’clock.
At the end of today’s round of matches the top six teams will play for the title; while the lower six will be playing for finishing positions and trying to avoid relegation.
