Belize cancels public events

The Government of Belize is reporting that there are at least three suspected swine flu cases in the country.



As a result, it has cancelled all major public events.



Symptoms of the flu include high fever, body aches, coughing, a sore throat, respiratory congestion and, in some cases, vomiting and diarrhoea.
