In the Bahamas three people remain in voluntary quarantine for the H1N1 influenza virus.

Health Minister Dr. Hubert Minnis says the three are a Canadian who lives in Grand Bahama, his fiancée, and a Bahamian in New Providence.

Dr. Minnis says the Department of Public Health is awaiting the results of samples sent overseas for the Canadian and the New Providence resident.

A group of teachers, students and chaperones who recently travelled to Mexico has been given the all clear by the Health Department after test samples for the virus returned negative.
