JFF calls up squad for Haiti game

Digicel Premier League leading goal scorer Devon Hodges of Rivoli United heads a list of eight first time invitees called to the national senior football squad for the country’s friendly international against Haiti.



The game will take place in Fort Lauderdale in Florida on Saturday, May 23.



The 24 year old Hodges has so far netted 23 goals in the Digicel Premier League.



Also invited are Harbour View’s central defender Dicoy Williams and Tivoli Gardens central midfielder Jerry Walters.



The other first time invitees are the Boys’ Town pair of George Vernal and Michael Campbell, Bryan Bayliss of Portmore United, Kenardo Forbes of Waterhouse and Nicholas Addlery of Puerto Rico Islanders.



The 30 man squad also includes nine overseas based players.



The players will be in camp from Monday, May 18.
