Robert Wheeler Chess Open this weekend

The Jamaica Chess Federation will stage the seventh annual Robert Wheeler Chess Open at Jamaica College Auditorium this weekend.
The tournament, which gets underway tomorrow morning at 9 a.m., will have three sections, an open section, an intermediate section for players with a Jamaica Chess Federation rating below 1600 and a beginner section for players with a Jamaica Chess Federation rating below 1200.
Veteran National Master Shane Matthews is the defending champions.
