Haitian faces immigration charges

A Haitian man has been charged by US Federal authorities for attempting to smuggle 30 illegal aliens to the United States.
Jimmy Metellus is being accused of operating a boat, which capsized off Florida\'s coast last Wednesday, killing at least nine people.
The vessel was en route from The Bahamas to the US.
Federal officials say most of the survivors, including 15 Haitians and one Jamaican, will be deported under US policy.
