JAAA, MVP get funds from NCB Foundation

The Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association (JAAA) and MVP Track Club were this afternoon presented with a cheque valued at $6.5 million from the National Commercial Bank Foundation.
The JAAA received the bigger portion of $3.5 million.
NCB Group Managing Director Patrick Hylton made the presentation at a press conference at the NCB Wellness and Recreational Centre.
A part of the JAAA\'s portion will be used to benefit student athletes at the secondary and tertiary levels; while MVP will use their $3 million on equipment, nutrition and medical expenses.
