Netball – JAMALCO cop five individual awards

National player Nadine Bryan of JAMALCO was voted Most Valuable Player at the end of the Jamaica Netball Association/Berger Super League competition.
There were four other individual awards for JAMALCO, who last night won their seventh straight title.
Retired national player Elaine Davis, who led JAMALCO to victory last night, was voted the second Most Accurate Shooter.
JAMALCO also walked away with awards for most goals in a game and Best Offensive and Best Defensive team.
Most accurate shooter went to Nerissa Gibbs of Tivoli ‘A’, while WINDALCO was voted Most Discipline Team.
JAMALCO rallied from five goals down in the last quarter to beat Waulgrovians ‘A’ 44-42 in the deciding game to win the best-of-three finals 2-1.
