Windies women win

West Indies Women completed a 26-run victory over Pakistan Women in a rain-affected warm-up match ahead of the International Cricket Council Women’s World Twenty/Twenty Championship today at King’s College in England.
West Indies Women batting first scored 114 for four off 14 overs with Deandra Dottin top scoring with 37 not out. Pamela Lavine scored 35 and Stacy-Ann King, 23 supported her.
Sajjida Shah, two for 24, got most wickets for Pakistan.
Needing 115 for victory, Pakistan Women could only manage 88 for six off their allotted 14 overs with Javeria Khan getting 35 against the bowling of Anisa Mohammed two for 17.
West Indies Women open the Championship on Thursday when they face South Africa at the County Ground.
