Petro Caribe meeting to discuss financial crisis

Leaders of Caribbean countries benefiting from the Petro Caribe deal will meet this Friday in St. Kitts to plan a strategy to confront the current global financial crisis.
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and Cuban leader Raul Castro are among the leaders expected in St Kitts.
The summit should include the 17 current member countries of the oil alliance group.
It is expected that Guatemala will be welcomed as the eighteenth member.
