The Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KASAFA) competitions resume on Saturday following the recent impasse regarding the branding of referees’ gear between KASAFA and the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF).

A release from KASAFA said an amicable settle was found which satisfies its members and sponsor Claro.

On Monday, June 1, KASAFA suspended all its competitions after receiving communication from the JFF advising that all referees registered with the JFF were required to wear jerseys branded with the Digicel logo.

All KSAFA-run competitions are sponsored by Claro, direct competitors of Digicel.

Referees will now wear gears branded with logos of Wisynco products, Wata and Powerage.
