WI beats 20/20 defending champions

West Indies defeated defending champions India by seven wickets in their opening match in the Super Eights phase of the 20/20 World Cup at Lord’s a short while ago.



Chasing 154 to win, the West Indies ended on 156 for three with eight balls remaining.



All-rounder Dwayne Bravo starred for the West Indies with an undefeated 66 from 33 balls and picked up four for 38 to help restrict India to 153 for seven.
