West Indies and England will face off for the last semi-final spot from Group ‘E’ today when the Super Eight phase of the 20/20 World Cup continues in England.

The game is scheduled to start at 11.30 a.m. Jamaica time and is the second match at The Oval.

The winner will join South Africa as the semi-finalists from the group.

The West Indies will be aiming to bounce back after suffering a 20-run defeat to South Africa on Saturday, while England are on a high after eliminating defending champions India by three runs yesterday.

England will enter the match with the psychological edge after dominating the Caribbean side in Test and limited overs cricket in their series that preceded the 20/20 World Cup.

The opening match at the Oval will feature out-of-contention Ireland against Pakistan, starting 7.30 Jamaica time.

Pakistan trail Group ‘F’ leaders Sri Lanka by two runs and need a victory to stay in contention for a semi-final place.
